First (non-test) form submission

You guys - you won’t believe it: someone submitted a “JOIN THE BAND” interest form! While it’s not the very first submission (the first one was a test submission from us to us), it is very special in only one, maybe two ways. The style of humor is referred to as “Emo Teen In AOL Chatroom Using Sarcasm to Impress Girl Who’s Dating Older Guy from a Different School.” It’s the best. Enjoy!

Is the band exactly halfway? Like 50%? Or close to that point? Since it’s a one man band would another person get you the rest of the way? Or are you looking for members lacking in truth to guarantee you keep the current ratio? Is there a test that members have to take to show their own personal verity ratio?
